These are built from the ground up except Birkenstock cork bed and sole unless otherwise specified for leather. You specify features, colors, we design, you confirm the design. It’s takes a week to build Birkenstocks, please keep in mind we usually have a waitlist. At the beginning of the order this clearly communicated.
