​​​The Family behind W&R, the Shumaker's are based in Colorado enhanced in agricultural roots from the midwest. The Start of W&R was Melanie's passion to be able to stay close and home for her boys when they needed her the most in their younger years. She started by making herself pieces she needed, like a headstall and continued on with purses and phone case and a holster for Russell, they realized quickly the possibilities were endless.  She shared on socials and the orders started organically. The creative outlet and working with like minded people has been the most refreshing unplanned business plan we could've never come up with on our own.

The main goal here is to create custom leather designed to be a work of art as much as a useful or wearable item. Our passion for quality leather, craftsmanship and attention to detail set us apart.
